When changes happen, the process of receiving a refund can feel opaque and lengthy. Whether you are making a change, cancellation or re-booking, here is what you need to know about receiving a refund from JourneyHero:
- In order to request a refund, you can ask Isabella through the app, or through the messaging feature on our website by making a change request
- All refunds from JourneyHero return to the original form of payment that you used for your purchase. This is the card you used from the electronic wallet on your phone.
- All refunds are in the form of electronic cash, we don’t give you vouchers.
- We will always refund you as soon as possible after your change, re-booking or cancellation. You are paid as soon as the travel supplier pays us back.
It is important to note that sometimes there may be a delay in refunds because we are working with many different airline, car and hotel companies. But don’t worry, we will always keep you informed about when you can expect to receive your funds back.
